1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing delays may occur during high-volume periods such as holidays or sales events.
We do our best to meet the stated timelines but do not guarantee exact processing or dispatch dates.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We deliver Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, CouriersPlease, or others depending on location and package size.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days
- Express Shipping (if offered): 1–3 business days
Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, weather, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
- Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available). You can track your shipment via the courier’s website.

5. Delivery Issues and Delays
EAK Essentials is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, incorrect shipping addresses, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
- Please check with household members, neighbours, or your local post office.
- Contact the shipping provider directly using the tracking number.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.
6. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for:
- Delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Additional shipping charges due to re-delivery or returned items
- Delays due to incomplete or inaccurate delivery details
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or failure to collect, re-delivery fees will apply.
7. Authority to Leave (ATL)
Some deliveries may be left at your premises if no one is home and the area is considered safe by the courier. This is at the courier’s discretion and outside our control. We are not responsible for parcels stolen or damaged after delivery.
8. International Shipping
Currently, EAK Essentials ships only within Australia. If international shipping becomes available, we will update this policy accordingly.
9. Damaged Items in Transit
If your item arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the damage and packaging.
We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit based on the extent of the damage and shipping insurance (if applicable).
