Return and Refund Policy

We value our customers and aim to provide quality products. However, please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. This policy is designed to be clear, fair, and to protect both the buyer and the seller under Australian Consumer Law.

By purchasing from EAK Essentials, you agree to the following terms:


1. No Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose your products carefully and read all descriptions before placing an order. This includes reasons such as ordering the wrong item, no longer needing the item, or finding a better price elsewhere.


2. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or refund only if the item is faulty, damaged, defective, or not as described.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue when contacting us.
  • You must obtain written approval from us before returning the item.

Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.


3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is not covered by EAK Essentials.
  • Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

We do not offer product pickups or reimburse postage unless the return is required under law due to a major product failure.


4. Refunds (if approved)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Refunds will be for the product cost only.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of a major product defect.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items
  • Products that were damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us at eak@eakessentials.com.au within 7 days of receiving the product.

You must provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos clearly showing the issue
  • A brief explanation of the problem

We will assess the situation and may offer a refund, repair, or replacement based on the severity of the issue and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


7. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EAK Essentials is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential costs, losses, or damages arising from the return or use of any product, including but not limited to:

  • Time delays
  • Loss of business or income
  • Third-party service fees
  • Inconvenience caused by defective items

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.
